General Terms & Conditions – Downtown Cannes Living

1. Reservation

The reservation becomes effective only after the following steps are completed:

• receipt of the booking request form

• receipt of a valid ID document

• payment of the stay

• pre-authorization of the security deposit

No booking is confirmed until all required steps are completed.

2. Payment

The stay must be paid via a secure payment link provided by the owner.

Cheques and cash are not accepted.

3. Security Deposit

The security deposit is a pre-authorized amount, not charged.

It may be partially or fully used in case of:

• damages

• lost keys

• violation of house rules

• excessive cleaning

The deposit is released after inspection of the apartment following checkout.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 30 days before arrival: full refund (100%)

• Between 30 and 7 days: 50% refund

• Less than 7 days: non-refundable
  (Specific policies may apply during major events.)

5. Guest Responsibility

The guest must use the apartment respectfully.

They are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their visitors.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Parties or gatherings

• Unregistered guests

• Smoking inside the apartment

• Any commercial or unlawful use

Violation of these rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.

7. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: 3:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Any variation must be approved by the owner.

8. House Rules

The guest agrees to comply with the rules displayed inside the apartment and to respect neighbors and the building’s quiet environment.

9. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, French law applies.
